so it turned out the car needed a new timing belt and i had just enough cash to fix the problem... God is good... i prayed to Him and asked if He would take care of it and He did...

last night, i had the pleasure of going to work at 12:30 until 2:30am to do an appendectomy... it’s a little bit disorienting to be called at midnight... i kept asking the supervisor to repeat what she was saying... anyway... i got to sleep late this morning before going back for more...

i’ve been riding my bike to and from work, good exercise that i desperately needed... my BP is finally coming down to normal again... so now i can stop waiting for my head to explode and just wait for it to happen by surprise 8-)... it's all good...
