meet Olsen Francois... he is 7 years old and is from Haiti... his mom works in the local market and makes $188 a month... he has one sibling... he helps his family by carrying water and buying or selling in the market... his favorite activity is soccer... he does average in school... his birthday is july 10, 1998...



God spoke to me about this... how do i know? because He puts the same info in front of my face over and over again... it's like He's jumping up and down in front of me... about 2 weeks ago i started seeing things about compassion and then last week the sermon was about this group, compassion... after church i rushed out, but i told God i knew He was speaking to me... the next day i went back to church for my deep faith class and afterward i went over to the book store and on my way discovered 4 tables full of little children needing sponsors... i never saw them the night before because the hall was too crowded... i walked up to the last table and looked at Olsen and saw his date of birth (same as my mom and my nephew) and his country of Haiti (heard a sermon in the middle of last week that was also related to sponsoring children and the pastor pointed out we are just 45 minutes north of one of the poorest nations on earth, Haiti) and i knew this was the child God designated for me to sponsor... i love it when i hear God so clearly and i praise His name loudly!
