i hate when the cell phone rings with a strange number on it and you answer and nobody says anything and they hang up right away and then 15 seconds later they call again and do the same thing... they are obviously dialing the wrong number and redialing to see if they dialed wrong in the first place... or they think they are dialing their husband's phone and since a woman answered, he is obviously screwing around on her...
