today, FPL promises to have all the power back on... it's been 19 days some people have had no power... that's nuts! yesterday, the stoplight by my house finally came back on, although i think i heard a generator running it because they've gotten so desperate they're using generators... there is only one lady at work now who's power is sketchy... her transformer was being powered by a generator... even though 'all' the power will be back today, it's only the power to private customers... they are still trying to restore the 'public' power, ie, street lights and stoplights... this hurricane was an amazing experience i hope to never forget so i marked the date in my calendar...
